You are absolutely NOT allowed to use ANY of my artwork or Live2D work to create NFT's.

Paypal Only!
I only accept payment through Paypal,currently.
Payment must be sent in full Unless a payment plan has been discussed
I will not start the piece until I receive payment/ first payment of a payment plan.
I will send Work in Progress if you request it!
I work rather quickly, So if you want work in progress shots, make sure to request them up front.
After the Art is finished I will NOT change anything unless you pay extra
Small changes are fine, Simple fixes are also great. but i wont redo a whole portion once its finished, unless I am compensated.
Turn around time:
My turn around time is about 1-2 weeks, the only reason it may take longer is personal issues.
Regarding Refunds
i will not ever give a full refund for a piece of art that i put my time and effort into. You are able to see my art quality before buying and we can work together to make sure your piece is how you want it! I want you to be happy and not feel like you need money back.

Please Remain Respectful of the timelines I give you
Art will be done in the timelines I give. If something comes up I will let you know, I am extremely communicative with customers.
Do not assume your commission will be abandoned because of my personal life changes
If you see me go offline, or wipe some pictures off an account, this doesn't mean I have abandoned responsibilities, sometimes i just need to NOT be on socia media due to my mental health.
If you pester me, art will be down slower.
Asking for updates every hour of every day makes me not want to work on it. It is your right to ask for updates often but you don't need to ask every second of the day. Once or twice a week is a better time interval.
Please remember the human at the other side of this sale.
I understand how exciting it is to get art, I love commissioning others myself but I am a human too, I can't constantly work and I'm not always in a good mood. I need to be taken seriously as a person before I'm taken seriously as a working artist. Please treat my respectfully. Thank you.

You can post the commission anywhere with PROPER credit!
Art work is for PERSONAL use only
Artwork can be used for PERSONAL ITEMS only.
you can print it on a shirt, mugs, bags, canvases etc. But ONLY FOR YOU.
DON'T RESELL MY ART WORK
Do not claim my work as your own, re-sell it, or print it for commercial use at all.
Don't Edit my artwork. Ever.
Don't remove watermarks, color, photoshop, edit, or change my art. You may however crop it for profile pictures.
I have rights to use my own art
I reserve the right to use post my artwork as examples, share it, post it, etc. I will NEVER claim your characters as my own.
I have the right to refuse a Commission request.

When buying NSFW art I need proof that you are an Adult.
When commissioning my NSFW artwork you agree that you are of legal age to be viewing and purchasing such content.

Scat/underage fetish's will NOT be accepted.
ANY ART depicting a MINOR/UNDERAGE CHARACTER in a sexual situation will NOT be tolerated.
Degrading/Racist/homophobic/Transphobic content of any sort.
Hate art is not accepted.

PLEASE REFER TO THE REST OF MY TOS REGARDING NSFW, WILL AND WONT DRAW, ETC as this will answer a majority of GENERAL questions.
I reserve the right to decline a Live2D commission.
Credit for rigging must be fully given to me. (as well as art if I also draw the model
Please be willing to wait. Live2D rigging is a time consuming process. I want your model to be the best it can be! It will take time.
Personal use ONLY unless discussed otherwise.
LIVE2D Models are NON REFUNDABLE. Once work is started I will NOT issue refunds. If issues arise I WILL solve them. Please contact me upon any needs you have. I assure you i will fix things free of charge.
You will be provided with all necessary files for your model in a ZIP file.
I am only human and I am prone to mistakes. Please tell me if something isnt looking the way you intend.
Live2D commissions will include updates/Wips and communication.
If you are using another artists work for your model (IE, you commissioned and artist to draw your model for you, please let me know so i can credit them for the art!)
By commissioning me you agree to having a model Showcase made on your model for Youtube and to be featured here on my site!
